this week seems too unsmooth and unsailing for mi.. everyday got new patterns.. stress till siao.. HAIZ! shall blog abt a incident dat happen ytd.. a guest called in the morning to ask if gt rm b4 3 nt... i ask HER, she sae no... den e gst came at abt 11 so i ask her can give nt.. den i 4get wad she sae liao.. so it took some time for mi to check this guest in.. den after dat she ask mi y she do so many c/o and i am still checking in this gst den i told her.. if i were to give e gst a rm, isn't it as gd as giving a slap on my own face? kns.. fed up.. somemore ytd many rms dirty.. agrhh!!! nt enuff rm to do rm change oso.. HAIZ..
den a few days b4.. a gst wan to change rm to rm 1(for example).. den she ask mi to cut key and give gst.. den come another senior.. he wans to use e rm 1 as a show room instead of e show rm of another.. den he ask mi to change.. when he tell mi to do it, i was tinking how come e number so familiar.. den i nv tink much.. den she came and told him rm1's key was given to gst as gst will be back ltr and go straight to e new rm.. but e rm has not been change at this time.. so HE ask since when we give gst key when rm is not ready.. den SHE came to sae is i who cut e key how cum i dun remember.. so HE tot i was e one who make e decision to give e gst key.. so he ask mi who gave mi permission to give gst e key.. so i sae it was HER.. when HE confront HER.. she came to ask who? who was e one who cut e key? den i sae mi.. u ask mi to cut it juz now wad.. den she come ask mi wad HE ask mi and wad i ans HIM.. knn.. damn clever in acting.. den now.. my fault lor! complicated.. actually i have a witness lor.. cuz this ting is under a trace to be follow up so my witness ask her wan resolve e trace nt den she sae no nd.. arghhh.. hell man!
on one incident she ask mi y i take auth for debit card.. i sae i din noe it was a debit card cuz normally din pay much attention to it.. she sae she noe it was a debit card when she see and i am e one holding to e card yet i dunno? why? den nth to sae lor.. cuz my fault..
