go work 10 mins before cuz sir sae muz go earlier to read e communication bk.. heng i gt go earlier.. cuz e laudry auntie gib mi larger uniform.. den e normal one gib mi a smaller size one.. god man.. look so weird in e damn big uniform.. den saw yan at e lift there... go up read read den briefing again.. first ting is test promotion again.. den almost everyone was tested.. parti was happy ba.. cuz he is nt tested.. den go polish cutleries for e 25 pax at nite.. den at 4pm gt food tasting den in one hr muz be done.. plus peter no go take e black top table cloth.. den heng when sir was rushing mi.. i am done wif e side plates.. haha
den go do setting.. blah blah den oni by 4.30 den e food tasting ting start.. i tink is for sunday lunch a la carte? 15 july or something one.. den muz taste write down how it is lk den noe wads inside so dat can promote.. den F&B manager was there.. and i tink one guy is e GM.. both are friendly... den by 5pm can go break~~ e food is as usual.. den yan go pei her fren den i go toilet den go up.. but by the tym i wan go up she is in e lift coming down to get apron.. i almost 4got..
den when go up.. as usual went to polish cutleries den sir ask one senior server to bring mi to a office to take menu.. den when he leave mi to go back e restaurant he was lk so unsure.. perhaps i seem blur? but i manage to get back.. den i wan polish cutleries again.. BUT tony ask mi whether i noe how to go EMC take chinese oriental food nt.. haiz.. i oni noe where is e restaurant dunno e kitchen.. den he ask mi go down wif him den he show mi.. den when come up i wan continue polishing but he ask mi noe how to do rm service nt.. i oni went once so was quite unsure.. but frm e way i carry tray.. he took it frm mi and ask mi watch.. den take e bill nia.. den as usual.. follow behind him and see how he do it.. den come back to finish my polishing again..
den nd briefing.. mi, yan, nathan and parti incharge of the 25 pax.. den he assign nathan and yan together for e longer table.. mi and parti e shorter one.. hahahaha.. i was there laughing in my heart.. cuz.. hahahaha.. we gt a yue ding.. but when guest slowly come and all e stuff.. tings started to go different way.. TJ came to help out.. den sir and peter oso helping out.. no wine opener.. so pathetic.. all lk waiting for one wine opener.. den i tot of petals and rosette.. each gt one den can open.. but i was satisfied wif myself cuz this tym round i can pour e white wine w/o much spillage.. nt lk rosette.. haiz.. and e guest veri gd.. den they keep ordering wine.. no champagne.. siann cuz sir ask mi to sell one bottle.. but guest keep ordering red and white wine.. i was sweating lk hell cuz there is hot den i nd go 2 rounds to ask all e guest for bread den tell them wad we have.. omg..
den each oni carry 2 plates.. dats enuff.. cuz its heavy.. and gt ard 6 serving? so its fastden chop chop jiu done.. its oni messy when e wine ting.. cuz we nd to record wad drinks they ordered.. den some beer some this.. plus shortage of wine opener... den i told sir abt one bottle of wine den he lk hiu mi den i told parti.. and when he heard he sae in those gan jiong tone sae no nd tell 2 person arbo ltr open 2 wine.. but ltr he was lk kind of saying sorry cuz he tend to speak louder int hose situation.. i din take it to heart cuz i understand.. den when he was saying den i was oni lk ya.. i understand and all e stuff cuz i was tinking of something and looking at guest..
here and there he ask mi some qn.. den when serving a dish for 4 ppl for them to share.. i done wif long table and dunno hu oso help serve e dish.. den i was lk.. eh.. my long table done already.. den sir was lk u muz tell him.. halo.. so busy how i noe he go help.. cuz i oni noe i serving nia.. den i sae i din noe he was serving den manager din sae anything oso..
den everything ended la.. e angmoh keep ordering wine.. hahaha.. lk dat can pull up e sales.. arbo ltr kenna.. the guest are quite friendly except for one.. ltr wan take off one table.. ltr give e face cuz parti took a long tym to take wine.. den ltr sae wan take evian for his boss.. den i was lk keep apologizing.. e boss din sae much oso.. overall is still ok.. juz busy.. e a la carte at poolside there is totally taken care by alan and e other guy i 4get his name again.. he quite gd de..
alvin oso help mi to take coffee and stuff cuz i nt familiar.. den done liao go set-up buffet ting for 2ml cuz fri and sat is buffet.. den i walk to bar area dunno when and for wad.. juz nice.. sir ask mi go take bill to guest.. cuz bar and the lady at poolside is separated by the swimming pool den tony and sir was pointing opp. omg.. so dark how to see.. somemore i wear specs de leh.. den e lady wave at mi.. hahaha.. easy job but on the way i saw coule kissing la.. so paiseh den i act till i nv see..
den nathan, tony and peter were there discussing hu to take e washing stuff den i in e end i was ask to do.. tmd super heavy too many chinaware and stuff.. den actually peter ask mi to miss call him when i reach e lift cuz e lift dunno wad la.. but i juz press and it came down so i no call him den i reach he sae he heard e sound of the plates so he press e lift..
den each help polish abit den can go! today 6th july off~~~
