18 th july..
ytd work OT till abt 6.30pm.. i start work at 7.. siann.. today work 9-1 de.. but extend to 2pm cuz shortage of ppl.. today parti, yan and jason is off and ariz is on mc.. so left mi, nathan, tj and alvin.. so alvin and tj work frm morning till nite.. i tink alvin work 7am-10pm.. and tj 8am-11pm.. den i 9-11pm lor.. i oni gt break frm 2.10-2.55 lk dat cuz muz go earlier.. den go slp instead.. den oni gt dinner break at ard 5 plus.. tmd.. hungry.. but e noodles nt nice.. so all in all i OT abt 5 hrs.. ytd OT 3 hrs.. so if nt wrong i shld have extra $40 dollars? hopefully..
today quite a number of times i am alone in e outlet la.. they expect mi to be able to be independent.. at one pt of tym i nd to watch e poolside if guest wan bill and on the other side.. whether e GM and other manager or EAM have arrived.. cuz nd to serve them.. and another pt of tym.. where i am on the fone wif a guest i tink and e other fone is ringing.. there gt 3 fone.. den how to ans?? no one help to ans.. den no choice..
raining cats and dogs in the morning at abt 11- 12 plus? den e outlet lk flooding cuz is outdoor.. and e rain can lk "splash" in so many tings were wet.. trays.. tables.. chairs.. cutleries.. den did some rm service.. den dinner i do dining alone~ sir and ms haseena dunno go where.. but gt one tym ms haseena find something to do cuz no guest.. but after dat gt 2 pax.. den i do everything by myself other den ms haseena sit e guest and gave menu.. she gt teach mi wad muz i do so juz follow suit.. den did e clearing all by myself also.. her expectation is lk she dun wan to spoon feed ppl(especially shatec students though she is one of e students oso) so wad she sae.. juz do.. and hopefully independent..
somehow i lk e way haseena do tings.. she will compliment u for doing something correct or gd.. she will pat u or sae excellent or "yes.. this is the way"... though when i do something wrong.. i cannot stand her scoldings.. and she lk to upsell upsell and UPSELL.. she told mi e reason to upsell.. yea.. i agree but going every 15 mins abit weird la.. cuz they dun wan means they dun wan.. no matter how many times u go.. so i tinking of a proposal to help improve on this so no nd upsell oso gt revenue.. but still no idea.. headache.. sometimes she will tell u why she wan u to do this.. den today she give mi e feel of nt being neglected.. when i am e oni one in e dining area... she will come tell mi someting or ask mi do something... den sometimes when i nth to do.. she will give mi things to do.. (perhpas i am still new?) its e 3rd week le.. so i am trying to minimise on asking qn or doing wrong tings..
today kena tease by e office ppl.. dunno wad is his post... cuz i dunno where is e front office(e back of the hse one.. i shld have ask him abt cashiering instead) cuz nd change money.. den he sae.. this is e back of the hse and u r looking for front office? den i paiseh.. den faster sae e back of the hse f/o.. aiya... how i noe.. i juz wan to change money.. sir oso din say properly.. if he sae cahiering den can ask lk dat.. oso my fault for being stupid.. haiz.. now i noe where is it.. BUT e lady is abit ya-ya.. say muz fill in form.. tmd.. frm there to blue potato is far leh... den i nd to walk back to BP to get sir to do e form and go back to e place and back to BP.. tmd.. waste my time and energy.. saw noah~~ hahaha.. i tink is concierge de duno wad position.. noe him thru orientation.. and melencio.. always saw him.. hahaha..
went emc to pick up food de one tym.. a chef was scolding or rather saying how their kitchen look lk.. he is fierce.. i heard him saying its f**king messy.. omg.. sometings he sae de i agree.. kitchen shld look neat and tidy so as to look hygiene.. juz lk e koko crunch box they stack up.. den he said.. dun u tink dat by arranging them in equally as in nt some high some low stacking will give a better image? cuz the way the staff initially stack is some high some low.. din see him b4 oso.. dunno is it their head chef..
hmm.. thurs fri sat and sunday working 3-11.. whoo~ hopefully no more OT for e time being first.. nd to go dream of xz le~~
