such a nice number dae today.. so there is 3 solemnisation in our hotel.. i tink one is at 11.30, follow by 2pm and 5 pm.. sound shiok? tired de is us.. today work 12 noon de shift.. go there.. den din do much tings den sir ask mi go stand by at the dining area to prepare for the GM coctail reception.. i still blur blur tot dat is a solemnisation cocktail reception till my manager told mi.. den go help till 1.30 lk dat den e ting finish liao.. den go set up dining are for nite tym de buffet till abt 3? den do briefing.. den was taught how to do e bill.. den busy wif some poolside guest and answering some calls.. den can go break..
ate wif alvin cuz the rest busy.. den when come back.. i actually nd to keep those washing de tings and polish cutleries but i was told to help out wif e solemnisation cuz they nd help.. but nathan ask mi to wash some glasses for him.. den oso dunno why.. den i suddenly go do e washing for all e wine glass, high ball glass.. rm service teapot and those stuff.. lk nv ending de washing keep gt glasses one.. one big square tray after another.. somemore is HAND wash.. den some time nd to attend to poolside guest.. take order den help to serve and bill and all dat..
e bill is quite easy but still i can 4get some steps.. den when everything was done.. wad i nd to do is to press print.. den i dunno y suddenly dunno how to do.. den e manager press for mi and was lk irritated.. HAIZ!
anyway.. conclusion for today is do washing frm abt 6 plus to 7 plus.. den 10 mins to 8 i nd to do rm service.. a guest ordered 2 hot chocolate den i gt to serve... 4get dat DND de room no doorbell den i still press till so suang.. but in the end i knock the door cuz he lk cannot hear mi and my hand cannot take it le! one hand nd flip e bill ting see i gt go wrong rm nt.. den e other taking a big square tray.. kns.. den on the way down saw my rm service de tray den gonna help clear it oso den i juz bring it down.. heavy~~ den after clearing e tray.. i tell sir i go home lo~~~~~
