went back to sch to help e banquet department to serve students hu are here to attend social etiqutte.. wanted to meet yan wen but her bus veri slow till she late 4 dunno how long.. so i went there myself den i was told to go to horizon n serve.. ah gong oso there! long tym no see her le ba.. first tym do service wif her oso.. hehe..
e students were damn noisy de lor.. make us more siann.. some even din eat e appetizer n sp.. but service was fast.. after they eat, we clear.. den serve.. den abt 1 hr plus jiu gao ding lo.. but i din clear any dinner plate cuz i go round crumb down lor.. den help set e cutlery 4 dessert.. after they left, we clear liao den go help vision to help them set up 4 2ml de function b4 we go..
after everything done.. we can go! but when i wan sign out, kenny n rojin put e lizard in e bk to scare mi lor.. heng i din go open e bk.. so emillia was e 1 got scared.. hehe.. after al dat nonsense we all go take our bags at locker.. ellina update mi wif news.. hehe..
den walk to mrt den mi n ellina go home.. yanwen n her classmate go makan.. hmm.. den now waiting to makan.. abit hungry oso.. hehe
juz read jia xin's blog.. feeling damn stress now.. frm e way she describe rosette.. i realli wonder if i can mangae to stay there 4 3 weeks anot.. damn stress now.. i am nt too gd at flambe n cocktail.. so if they ask everydae.. i wonder if i realli will pon 1 dae anot..

2dae met alex at raffles when going to work oso shun bian wait 4 his "ai ren" van.. hahaha.. so we went together n discussing whether hu will b e hostess 4 e week.. in e end tracy was e hostess n pantry is quek.. so all of us is server!! heheh can chat together.. din do much work todae cuz they din put mi in-charge of anything..
juz nd to check setting nia.. den after makan go buy teh tarik wif yan wen.. she veri sway de.. sae gonna rain den e rain came.. sae heng rain nt heavy den e rain went heavy.. so we run back to ocbc.. lucky oni abit wet.. when reach alex ask mi do skirting.. siann..
suddenly a guest call to reserve a rm 4 2 pax den chanel faster call mi n yan wen to clear away al e settings den leave 2 there.. after clearing they were standing at e door le.. we even haven take chairs in lor.. after dat, chanel ask mi n yan wen to in-charge of e rm.. anway i can go at 8 plus de but i stay wif yan wen.. hehe.. nth to do oso.. after e gust left at 9 plus we faster clear everything at 1 go den we din went back to e rm.. heng no guest see how we take al e tings cuz it was damn funny.. oni after we did 1 more skirting n e signage den we go.. e last skirting make my hand pain till now..

2ml is e last week at ocbc lo.. so fast is e 3rd week le.. juz hope everything will b fine n smooth 4 mi!! wish mi good luck 4 e coming week.. will b working nite shift.. so can slp late den wake up late.. haha.. make mi busy this coming week so dat tym will fly... saw e reservation bk ytd.. i tink gt abt 2 daes is free lei.. siann.. gonna have surprise cocktail test..
ytd was my last dae doing morning shift.. quite ok.. dining hall gt function going on so there is a mini restaurant at e bar.. hmm.. ytd did setting 4 40 pax wif alex and doris in rm 2,3 &4.. heng we did everything on tym.. cuz 10 liao we haven finish so 2nd brfiefing was delay.. so he was abit fed up.. when doing half-way.. chanel wan mi do other ting but i grap on 2 a pillar dun wan go den she drag mi out.. hehe.. i was told to work wif bikash at e mini restaurant cuz gt reservation there..
when i finish my meal i go take over bikash den i realise dat could see e funeral frm e bar.. so i view how it passed e court n so on.. den din had e heart to work cuz i saw a guest dat look lk meng zhe!!! e eyes very big!! hen xiang neh.. i tell others they sae i hua chi.. but i was so eager to get a closer look lor.. but din see him.. sad sad.. but i still hab e impression of him in my mind.. whooo... after everything had de-brief den can go!
gek came n look 4 mi cuz we wan to meet n tok tok.. heheh.. den we went burger king to makan n tok.. tok n crap alot.. den went to bugis cuz i wan buy wallet.. hmm.. bought a wallet at $26, din bring much $$ out so i use nets.. den went straight up to take neoprints.. took twice making her sweat cuz it was hot inside.. lazy to scan so gonna update when i free.. if nt, i put on friendster... back still pain.. making mi uncomfortable.. siann..
anyway, i was watching wo jiao jin san shun, (i tink is dis name la.. 4get le) it was e last episode.. hmm.. can sae nice show.. can watch if showing again.. it was veri touching.. its nt e same as those taiwan de ou xiang ju.. strongly recommend!!

din blog 4 abt a week le.. somemore 2dae gt ting write so decided to blog.. dis whole week was quite ok till 2dae i realli veri pissed off.. hmm.. 4 e last few daes.. was either buffet or nth to do lor.. but tings dat i normally do is skirting n cleaning my gf "lazy susan".. lazy susan is my gf cuz its lk oni my job to clean it, so its my gf... e next ting is skirting.. did quite a number of skirting.. do till i scared cuz hand pain and i am slow thus kenna laugh by alex.. dis china apple lk to bicker wif mi plus suan-ing mi oso.. always sae i slow den call mi coconut.. such a weird name he gave mi..
todae realli buay tahan e style e ppl here do tings.. now den i noe dat our sch gt teach ppl dat wine glass is put at 2 o'clock frm e water goblet.. al e while i was taught it is placed at 5 o'clock frm e goblet.. todae realli da kai yan jie.. tell dat person he is wrong liao still dun wan listen.. insisting dat he is rite.. still go ask miss lee.. haha.. i was rite lor.. den he dunno mumble wad shit to himself..

initially, wanted to go BK wif yan wen, hui bin n eileen but nt in e mood so decided to go home first.. hmm.. dun wish dat such tings will happen again.. siann.. well, 2dae oso polish quite a number of goblet 4 e bartender cuz they nd to polish 2oo of it.. so i go help den we oso crap alot.. hehe

siann.. after working 4 abt 6-7 hrs w/o stopping den buy dinner 4 ppl liao still nd see their black face.. dunno where i provoke ppl lei..
siann.. todae wash abt 70-8o plus dinner and appetizer plate plus sp bowl, saucer n e cutleries togther wif e pantry personnel juz now.. todae whole dae gt 2 function.. so straight after e first 1 we nd go vision to wash those plates nt wash finish by e cfbos.. siann... n it was so oily lor.. den take a short short break n we nd to start washing e plates again.. so e whole dae down.. we are washing washing n more washing.. siann till siao.. plus e staff meal realli.... din eat much a tsp of rice, fish cakes and e sotong nia.. e vege abit...
after dat i went to westmall wif davenna to makan cuz hungry den she wan treat mi.. and i was nagging at her cuz she wan mi cum back de.. den i tot oni do 1 washing can liao.. make my hand n leg pain.. but this is better den e safti we did last tym la.. if nt, she sure die.. anyway.. pass my foods.. gt 61 nia.. derek take 4 mi n davenna de.. but i call him help gek take but he dun wan.. so sorry gek.. cannot help u check how much u gt...

ytd was valentine's dae.. as i sat at raffles waiting 4 van n davenna to come.. i saw so many couples walking infront of mi.. holding flowers.. sad dat i nd spend e dae at ocbc, no1 4 mi to miss.. sad.. but spend e dae wif al e ppl working in ocbc.. hmm.. quite sian too.. cuz nth much to do.. unlike petals n rosette, both gt full reservation.. wahaha..
2dae more sian oni gt room reservation.. nt a soul is in e dining hall.. so i went to hostess stand to chat or go to bar.. den juz now when i went to e hostess stand.. rubun they al were there chatting den he started to sing n dance.. which make us laugh till siao.. e dining hall is abit too big 4 mi too.. when miss lee called mi.. i can oni see her after she call mi 4 abt 2-3 times.. cuz she standing at a corner.. cannot see her.. hehe...
initially i no nd go back ocbc do de.. but tracy volunteer liao sae dun wan.. den i call yan wen to ask if she coming.. den she sae no.. so i decided to go back 4 function nor.. shld b able to blog again 2ml ba..

to add on to sat report at petals.. after staying there 4 7 weeks.. its e first n last tym wiping e chairs!! wahaha.. but we oso play play la.. if it is asked my e other trainer, i tink we sure gub black face de.. haha.. muz jot down this to remember it.. cuz its memorable plus abit pai seh too...
first dae at ocbc.. hmm.. din realli lk e first impression of it cuz ulu ulu de.. den its juz so different frm e first environment nor.. cannot realli shi ying to dat place todae.. but i can confirm de ting is.. e food is much much more better den e food in petals.. whahaha.. den had a bad headache oso.. but davenna gt help mi massage my hand to make mi feel better lor.. deni keep yawning over dere cuz veri sian lei.. den lk gt lots of things to remember... so siann..

ytd was e last dae our grp at petals and we are moving on to ocbc... hmm.. though we gt some scoldings frm 1 TO there but zai zhen me shuo we oso gone through 7 weeks there.. happy, angry or sad and some of our first tym there.. lk first tym do yu sheng n 4 mi.. first tym do bartender, aboyuer and tings lk dat...
e feeling was quite gd ytd.. was a little busy cuz a grp of foundation students came at 1pm den my station gt 2 birthdae.. 1 is mr low de son e other is dunno shatec de wad admin.. so our "chior" members sang birthdae song.. wahaha.. e 1st 1 i go kitchen take someting so miss it.. but was lk a war cuz 2 station singing birthdae song at e same tym.. but my station lose la.. cuz station 1 gt abt 30 plus ppl singing... wahaha.. e 2nd 1 den gt sing.. haha.. den mr low's son was abit pai seh.. heheh
hmm.. usually we work till 3 den slack liao but this tym over 3 liao mi still help e other shift abit here n there.. after eveything.. we lao yu sheng!! initially we shared $ 4 it but heng mr low help us sign as complimentary so its free.. so we invited e 2 TOs and sft.. hehehe.. she sae she nearly cried.. haha.. but after finish eating, we oso gt help to clear la.. haha... den every1 sae hao meet 2.30 at raffles 2ml to go find out where is ocbc..
2dae woke up at 5 plus to work.. den juz now reach hm sae wan bath but end up sleeping at e bed 4 dunno how long.. siann.. my stupid backache now make my right leg suan till siao.. ytd still cannot slp well den this morning oso irritate mi too.. hope can b well soon again.. if nt how 2 work?? sian diao...

-captain 4 station 1 ytd.. was abit busy nia.. and accept 4 a problem wif a table of 6.. e rest was quite ok.. den straight after work we went to watch movie.. initially wanted to watch at ps but e seating is at 3rd row.. so we went to bishan watch, buying e tix using axs machine but mi yanwen n davenna 1st tym using it so abit sua ku.. gt e tix liao still there dunno do wad.. haha.. still abit kuku stand there press here n there.. den had lunch under yanwen's recommendation.. quite ok..
-hmm.. den bought nachos to eat but we kaypo go add cheese in e end abit pai seh lor.. somemore cannot finish e cheese.. bishan de cinema is veri cold.. so next tym go muz wear jacket.. i was shivering on e way out.. but when we went out.. saw a aunty crying till dunno lk wad.. though it was touching but when compared mine is still nt veri obvious.. davenna is e worst voice oso change yan wen eyes swollen... haha.. it was 8 plus liao so we go home nor cuz they stii nd work todae.. but i off 2dae n 2ml..

whaooo!!~~ juz finish watching e mtv channel.. gt 56, kone, SHE, cyndi, machi and blah blah blah.. they song they sing realli make ppl high.. i so happy to noe gt 56 they al but they r e last to cum out lei.. though its 2004 de.. but still gt a strong feel!! hehe.. den still gt kone at channel 50 de wo cai den they gt dance abit!! ahhhh~~ so shuai.. tian ah!~~ 2nite muz hab sweet dreams!
well, came back nt ong ago.. abt 2hr plus.. 2dae actually is banquet de.. but no banquet so came back petals to work... i tot i will b runner or wad but i was told to b head.. so did everything den 2dae mr low show us some flambe items.. haha.. den we stand dere n took down some notes.. but at last din eat oso la.. cuz e first reservation is at 6.10 and he show us e flambe till 5.30 plus plus so was abit worried abt our break tym.. so juz eat after he finish den after i finish, e 1st guest came so i muz faster go attend to them.. so yan wen help mi clear my plates too..
hmm.. 2dae had abt 50 guest.. so was quite busy 4 al e staff.. but cuz station 1 dun hab any chinese so mr low ask mi to go help them wif the yu sheng.. so i did 2 tables.. 1 was quite enthu but e other, which was 4 a long table of 12 de i abit sian la.. so i faster do liao den go away.. heard frm adil dat they were abit...... haiz.. f&b is lk dat de.. but a table of angmoh gave gd comments and glad to hear dat some tables ejoyed their evening.. 2dae is oso e last dae of working at petals 4 nite shift oni.. next week is our last week at petals n on morning shift...... hope it will b a veri memorable 1... cuz this week wif mr low still nt too bad..

finally back to update my blog.. haha.. frm e tym i go chinatown wif yanwen n davenna to e reunion dinner till my aunt nearly choke till work reopen.. tym flies abit fast neh.. haven rest enuff n we nd to start work le..
hmm.. bartender cum wine waiter 2dae..sian 1 lor.. everytime i bartender den nt much ppl order drinks..oni make 2 shiok shiok n yumchala nia.. e rest is beer n wine..so rot there + tok to sft n e cashier.. den do closing wif e help of tracy n jinob.. i juz now happily tot i finish everyting so ask jinob to lock.. but after locking tracy ask mi abt those tequila n gin.. omg! 4get to put in.. heng she saw, if nt 2ml sure big head de lor.. when doing inventory 4 bar during closing, nobody wan drink after i done wif it.. sir wan orangd juice...siann.. den i muz change e amt again..
2ml captain.. hope everything fine hor.. if nt, e sir explode den we sure kena de.. hmm.. gonna double check wif my frens wif e "eng version" of e yu sheng if nt sure lk ytd.. anyhow sae to e angmohs... hehe.. some guest are enthu abt this but some juz sit there wif a sian face.. y??
