2dae started out quite ok.. had lunch den went to work.. tot i was pantry todae but short of staff of aboyuer took over my place n i am e waiter 4 station 3 wif justin as captain n quek hin as runner... abit sian la.. but cannot blame. anyway somebody say b4.." headwaiter muz plan e staff nt according to their needs" so i b e waiter lor.. but e captain abit gong la..
during 2nd briefing, a head 4 f&b or wadeva came to gib some comments on us.. sae we muz take smaller pens so it wun b ugly and it wun look heavy too.. but we muz bring al those tings lei.. so no choice too... but e briefing was quite ok..
i oso took 2 captain orders cuz a trainer ask mi to do so.. i oso dunno y he din ask e waiter but nvm.. i go help lo.. quite cooperative wif my station members.. other den 1 la.. but i dun wan write down wad happen.. haha.. gt 1 table order set meal.. so muz do e yu sheng lor cuz its e appetizer mah.. i tot is captain do but e SFT ask mi go.. so juz do wadeva i can remember, heng still ok la.. den e qn they ask i oso can ans.. n they are veri friendly.. wish i zuan da qian.. haha.. e old couple is quite gd..
hmm.. gt abt 3o plus reservation.. but overall we oni gt abt 5o plus pax n we are busy lk hell.. anyway time passed faster when we hab tings to do.. haha.. e funny ting todae is e fire alarm rang when many ppl eating.. ahaha.. i oso gt shock den mr christopher low faster go check wad happen.. its oni e treasury building de ppl trying someting.. tmd.. al e guest oso faster bill.. at dat pt of tym gt 3 tables wanna bill.. haha.. n its abit noisy too.. plus we were commented dat in case of "emergency" we muz noe wad to do..
anyway i can reach hm so late is oso thanks to a grp of bhb ladies hu sit till 11 lk dat den wan leave.. everyone was so... and they buay zi dong de.. going bath liao....
